To all residents of legal voting age in Vance County Commissioner District 3.
Due to the recent resignation of the elected County Commissioner in District 3, the Vance County Board of Commissioners is in the process of appointing a replacement for this seat to fill out the remainder of the term.
All interested, eligible individuals residing in District 3 and a member of the Democratic party are encouraged to complete and submit the application, which is found here.
Completed applications may be submitted to Kelly Grissom, Clerk to the Board on or before January 24, 2025 to the address provided on the application. Eligibility will be verified with the Vance County Board of Elections.
